How to Turn Off Notifications On Your Mac
Turning off notifications on your Mac can be very helpful when you need to have a period of focused productivity. It takes a lot of self control to ignore all those email, Facebook, and other notifications that pop up. If you turn them off, however, then you remove that temptation.
