Now, look over your successes from the past year. How did you celebrate them?

Celebrating your successes is really important. Among other reasons, celebrating a success can help release “happy chemicals” like Dopamine, which help us feel good. Additionally, when we take to time to stop and celebrate a success, it helps us recognize what’s working to create those successes. Celebrating also reinforces the motivation that will carry us through to our next achievement and helps us develop a success mindset.

For many of us (me included) can hard to think of ways to celebrate (or at least to find ways that don’t involve spending money or eating chocolate.)
